WELCOME!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to carrying things on your own. My role as a psychologist is to offer a space where you don’t have to do that anymore. I offer a warm, collaborative environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful change at your own pace.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. It can be a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—a space for healing and growth.

I’m glad you’re here.

Therapy Services

I provide individual therapy for adolescents (14+) and adults seeking support with emotional well-being, healing from past experiences, and navigating life’s challenges. My work is grounded in a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that honors your lived experience, identities, and values.

Areas of focus include:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns

  • Relationship concerns

  • LGBTQ+ and identity exploration

  • Life transitions (including pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood and retirement)

  • Body image and disordered eating (binge eating, bulimia nervosa)

Sessions are offered in a supportive, relational space where we move at a pace that feels thoughtful and sustainable for you.

Virtual Sessions

I currently offer virtual appointments and serve residents of the state of Oregon. I use a HIPPA-compliant video platform through Simple Practice.

In-Person Sessions

I currently have limited availability for in-person appointments at my office located in Oak Grove
(Milwaukie area), Oregon.

Therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself, and finding the right fit matters. If this sounds aligned with what you’re looking for, I invite you to reach out.
